You must be a current ICTA member or ICTA affiliate member to participate in the summer show.  The deadline for registration is July 25, 2008.  ICTA affiliate member registration fees cover admission to all sessions, receptions, meals, and an exhibit tabletop (displayed throughout the entire event).  Please review the registration form carefully.  We believe the changes make registering easier for you and better record keeping for us. The form is a “fillable” form so simply type in your information and return by e-mail.  You may pay by credit card (visa or mastercard only) or by check.  If paying by check, we ask that you return the form—to hold your place and reserve a sponsorship--at your earliest convenience with a note “Check to follow.”  Refund policy:  50% refunds will be granted to requests submitted in writing to the ICTA prior to August 1, 2008. No refunds will be granted after August 1, 2008.  

Please use the links below to the registration forms. You can fill out the forms on your computer screen, print them, and mail them to the ICTA.  Alternatively, if payment will be sent later, you may fill out the forms on the screen, save them to your computer, and email them as an attachment to the ICTA. Note: there are separate forms for operator member and affiliate member registrants. 

 -Hotel Information:  Coeur d’Alene Resort: 1-800-688-5253 has a block of rooms held for the ICTA at the Resort at a negotiated rate beginning at $189.00 per night for a Traditional room on up to $289.00 for a Premier room.  These are available on a limited first-come, first-served basis; the Resort will release the ICTA room block on July 14, so please make your reservations early! 

 -Sponsorship Opportunities:  The ICTA would like to offer our affiliate members a great marketing opportunity.  By selecting one or more of the listed sponsorships, your company will be acknowledged as a sponsor, both vocally and with signage, as well as being allowed to distribute promotional products.  Sponsorships are on a first come - first serve basis, so get your registration in early!

 -Coeur d’Alene offers Unlimited Activities:  There is everything from golfing, hiking on Tubbs Hill, mountain bike riding to para-sailing, jet skiing, taking a float plane ride, visiting Silverwood Theme Park, or just relaxing at the City beach or park.  You can view a list of activities on the Resort’s website: www.cdaresort.com. More information on activities will be distributed later.

 -GOLF:   The ICTA golf tournament is Tuesday, August 19, with a 1:30 p.m. shot gun start.  This golf course is spectacular with the famous floating green!  Come see for yourself or you can preview the course on their website. 

 -SPA:  We have contacted the Coeur d’Alene Spa and another local spa—ZiSpa—for pricing.  Packages will be available from both places.  Additional information will be provided soon. To view both spas’ amenities go to www.cdaresort.com or www.zispa.com .

 -Shipping Boxes to and from the Resort:  The Resort does not accept freight shipments.  Instead of contracting with Design Events this year, Correen Stauffer, Regional Area Manager for Time Warner has offered to accept shipping at her system.  Correen’s generosity is a minimum $75.00 savings for you. Shipping information will be distributed in June.
