Registration
You must be a current ICTA
member or ICTA affiliate member to participate in the summer
show. The deadline for registration is July 26, 2010.
ICTA affiliate member registration fees cover admission to
all sessions, receptions, meals, and an exhibit tabletop
(displayed throughout the entire event). Please review the
registration form carefully. We believe the changes
make registering easier for you and better record keeping
for us. The form is a "fillable" form so simply type
in your information, save the form on your computer, and
return the form as an attachment by email. You may pay by
credit card (Visa and Mastercard only) or by check.
If paying by check, we ask that you return the form - to
hold your place and reserve a sponsorship - at your earliest
convenience with a note "check to follow."
Refund policy:
50% refunds will be granted to requests submitted in writing
to the ICTA prior to August 1, 2010. No refunds will
be granted after August 1, 2010. Please use the links to the
registration forms.
NOTE:
There are separate forms for operator member and affiliate
member registrants.
Hotel Information:
The
Shore Lodge has a block of rooms held for the ICTA at
a negotiated rate beginning at $159.00 per night for a
King Garden View Suite. These are available on a
limited first-come, first-served basis. Shore Lodge has
extended the convention rate for the dates August 16, 17,
18, 2010. In order to receive these rates, you must identify
yourself as an attendee of the Idaho Cable
Telecommunications Association Convention. Shore Lodge will
release the ICTA room block on June 23, so please make your
reservations early by calling 1-208-630-0296!
A first night’s room plus tax deposit is due at the time of
booking to guarantee the reservation. Please have your
credit card handy when calling in for your reservation.
All cancelations made more than 30
days prior to your scheduled arrival will be done so without
penalty. Reservations canceled within 30 days of arrival
will forfeit the full room value for all canceled nights.
This policy applies to length-of-stay reductions and
no-shows.
Sponsorship Opportunities:.
The ICTA would like to
offer our affiliate members a great marketing opportunity.
By selecting one or more of the listed sponsorships,
your company will be acknowledged as a sponsor, both vocally
and with signage, as well as being allowed to distribute
promotional products.
The
McCall area offers Unlimited Activities: There
is everything from golfing, hiking, bike riding, white water
rafting, shopping, swimming, or just relaxing on the patio
by the lake. More information on activities will be
distributed later.
GOLF:
The ICTA golf
tournament is Tuesday, August 17, with tee-times beginning
at 11:00 a.m. This golf course is fairly new and

Shipping to and from the Hotel:
The Resort requests the
following be included on your shipment: Guest’s name, to
whom the package is being delivered, the arrival date of
that person, name of convention (ICTA), and dates of
convention (August 17-18, 2010). Ship to: Shore
Lodge, 501 West Lake Street, McCall, Idaho 83638. Indicate the total number of packages in shipment
and special instructions, i.e. refrigeration/freeze, hold
for guest’s arrival, notify upon arrival. Shipments may be
arranged to arrive on or after August
12, 2010. The contact person is Kristen DeGarimore

Return Shipments: If you wish to ship from the Hotel,
Shore Lodge requests that the exhibitors have boxes
pacackaged and sealed with pre-made shipping labels complete
with their account numbers. UPS may ask for a small
description of contents since they have begun asking those
questions.
