Registration
You must be a current ICTA
member or ICTA affiliate member to participate in the summer
show. The deadline for registration is July 24, 2009.
ICTA affiliate member registration fees cover admission to
all sessions, receptions, meals, and an exhibit tabletop
(displayed throughout the entire event). Please review the
registration form carefully. We believe the changes
make registering easier for you and better record keeping
for us. The form is a "fillable" form so simply type
in your information, save the form on your computer, and
return the form as an attachment by email. You may pay by
credit card (Visa and Mastercard only) or by check.
If paying by check, we ask that you return the form - to
hold your place and reserve a sponsorship - at your earliest
convenience with a note "check to follow." Refund policy:
50% refunds will be granted to requests submitted in writing
to the ICTA prior to August 1, 2009. No refunds will
be granted after August 1, 2009. Please use the links to the
registration forms.
NOTE:
There are separate forms for operator member and affiliate
member registrants.
Hotel Information:
The
Sun Valley Resort has a block of rooms held for the ICTA at
a negotiated rate beginning at $165.00 per night for a
Standard room in the Inn. These are available on a limited
first-come, first-served basis; the Resort will
release the ICTA room block on June 23, so please make your
reservations early by calling 1-800-786-8259!
A first night’s room plus tax deposit is due at the time of
booking to guarantee the reservation. Please have your
credit card handy when calling in for your reservation.
Room cancellation policy: Individual cancellations made
more than thirty days prior to arrival will receive a
deposit refund, less a $25 processing fee. Cancellations
made within thirty days of arrival will forfeit the entire
deposit.
Sponsorship Opportunities:.
The ICTA would like to
offer our affiliate members a great marketing opportunity.
By selecting one or more of the available opportunities,
your company will be acknowledged as a sponsor, both vocally
and with signage, as well as being allowed to distribute
promotional products. Sponsorships are on a first-come,
first-served basis, so get your registration in early!
The
Sun Valley area offers Unlimited Activities: There
is everything from golfing, hiking, bike riding, white water
rafting, art museum tours, Hemingway tours, early morning
guided walks, shopping, or just relaxing in the lodge or at
the pool. More information on activities will be
distributed later.
GOLF:
The ICTA golf
tournament is Tuesday, August 11, with tee-times beginning
at 11:00 a.m. This golf course is spectacular, surrounded
by gorgeous scenery and awesome “celebrity” homes. Come see
for yourself.
SPA:
Enjoy an
afternoon of pampering and relaxation. Sun Valley Resort
Salon and Day Spa offer Massage Therapy, Acupuncture, Nail

-Shipping Boxes to and from the Resort:
The Resort requests the
following be included on your shipment: Guest’s name, to
whom the package is being delivered, the arrival date of
that person, name of convention (ICTA), and dates of
convention (August 10-12, 2009). Ship to: Sun Valley
Resort, 2 Sun Valley Road, PO Box 10, Sun Valley, Idaho
83353. Indicate the total number of packages in shipment
and special instructions, i.e. refrigeration/freeze, hold
for guest’s arrival, notify upon arrival, use of heavy
equipment required (ex: forklift). Shipments may be
arranged to arrive on or after August 3, 2009.
Returned Items: If you wish to ship from the Resort,
please have pre-addressed labels with your account number
and be prepared with billing instructions at that time.
